The timeframe may vary depending on how quickly applicants submit proof of income. Our system processes income verification and applicant screening simultaneously. Typically, final screening results are available within 24–48 hours. If you haven’t received an update from our leasing team within that timeframe, please don’t hesitate to reach out for a status update.

Internet services through Metronet are included in the rent. Residents must set up electric service with Greenville Utilities on their move-in day. Water and sewer services will be billed monthly based on usage and can be paid online or at the office along with your rent.

Our standard lease term is 12 months, but we also offer short-term leases ranging from 3 to 11 months. Please note that leases shorter than 12 months include a monthly short-term fee. Contact the leasing office for more information about short-term lease options.
